Effect of extrusion process parameters on pellet crumbliness in fish feed production

چکیده
The article presents the results of studying pellets crumbliness index a pilot batch extruded compound feed for pike-perch. regimes fish production with minimal crumbling were defined using mathematical model. A 3-factorial central composite design was implemented to obtain model process extrudate resulting in second-degree polynomial. influencing factors include mixture moisture W (%), extrusion temperature T (°C) and steam pressure P (MPa). Experimental studies conducted according experimental plan. data obtained entered into planning matrix. processed program prepared Microsoft Excel. As result, an adequate second-order describing dependence on before extrusion, obtained. adequacy tested based Fisher's variance ratio. Fisher criterion is important statistical tool verifying analyzing variance. analysis its graphical interpretation are presented. good developed. fundamental principles processing single-screw extruder choice rational parameters ensure pike-perch studied. provided at following values - 32%, 132 °C, 0.4 MPa. In selected levels factors, calculated value 1.02%.
